The Team activity page (/app/{your-company}/team-activity) is a read-only audit trail of changes made across your company.
What it shows
Each entry records:
- When the change happened.
- Event — created, updated or deleted.
- Item — what was affected (your company, a member, an API key, a webhook endpoint, and so on).
- Description of the change.
- By — the person who made it, or System for automated changes.
You can filter by event type to quickly find, say, every deletion.
Changes made through the API
When a change is driven by an API key rather than a person, the activity is attributed to the key — so you can tell apart actions taken in the portal from those made programmatically.
Who can see it
The activity log is available to members with the Manage company settings ability (owners and admins). It's scoped strictly to your own company's records.
Why it matters
An audit trail helps you spot unexpected changes, satisfy internal controls, and answer "who changed this, and when?" without guesswork.
