Pricing questions
- Do credits expire?
- Pay-as-you-go credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. Subscription allowances renew each billing period.
- Am I charged for failed lookups?
- No — you're charged on successful delivery. Where we serve a recent result from our own records the credit cost still applies.
- Can I mix packs and a subscription?
- Yes. Both top up the same company credit wallet, and lookups draw from the combined balance.
- Can I switch or cancel a plan?
- Yes — change or cancel from the billing page in your portal at any time.
- Do you offer invoicing or fixed terms?
- Yes, on enterprise agreements — including 12, 24 and 36-month terms with volume pricing. Get in touch with sales.
- Is there a free trial?
