We keep what's needed to run the service and bill accurately — and we age out personal detail you no longer need us to hold.
Request logging
Every API call is logged so you can review your usage — method, endpoint, product, status, credits charged, cache status, response time and IP. You can review your own calls on the Usage page in the portal. Sensitive material such as credentials is redacted from logs.
Automatic pruning
Personal data on older request logs is automatically pruned on a schedule — the operational detail needed for recent troubleshooting and reporting is kept, while personal data ages out over time rather than being retained indefinitely.
Your data, your control
- Credentials are hashed. API keys are stored only as hashes; the full value is shown once at creation.
- Scoped to your company. Your data and activity are visible only to your own company's members, subject to their roles.
