Buying credits and choosing a plan

You add credit on the Billing page in the customer portal (/app/{your-company}/billing).

Two ways to buy

• Pay as you go. Buy a one-off credit pack whenever you need it. Packs come in a range of sizes; larger packs carry a better per-credit rate. Pay-as-you-go credits are valid for 12 months.
• Monthly subscription. Subscribe to a plan that tops you up every month at a better per-lookup rate, ideal for steady, predictable volume.

Both set your pricing tier, which determines your per-lookup rate across every product (see Pricing tiers and volume discounts). For high volume — hundreds of thousands of lookups a month — enterprise and fixed-term agreements with invoicing and SLAs are available; contact sales.

Paying

Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. You can save a card for future purchases, set a default, remove cards, and open the Stripe billing portal to manage everything in one place. See Invoices, VAT and payment methods.
