Managing your company account

In VehicleMatic, your company is the account. It holds your credit balance, your API keys, your team members and your billing details.

Your company profile

Edit your company profile in the portal to keep these current:

• Account name — how the company appears in the app.
• Registered company name, address and VAT number — used on your invoices.
• Billing email and phone.

Accurate details matter because they flow straight onto your invoices and VAT treatment.

Working with more than one company

You can own or belong to several companies — for example, separate companies for different brands, clients or environments. Each has its own credits, keys and members. Switch between them using the company switcher in the portal; the URL includes the company, e.g. /app/{company}/…, so it's always clear which account you're working in.
